Vidal Blanc

Light straw color with a toasty, floral bouquet. Intense body and tightly knit fruits followed by a spicy finish. Dry Vidal can be compared to Sauvignon Blanc and Italian Pinot Grigio and is great with shellfish and seafood.

Semi-sweet white wine made from the Vignoles grape. Light golden in color with a pineapple and tropical fruit bouquet. The body is fresh and crisp with a slightly sweet finish.

Fine Old Tawny

Icewine is a very rare wine produced in limited quantities. This wine has the highly concentrated flavors and bouquet of peach, apricot, pineapple, pear, and honey. The finish is very long and rich. This wine is excellent with dessert or as a dessert itself.

Norton

The rich bouquet is that of raspberry and black cherry with a hint of cigar. The full body consists of cassis and black cherry with soft jammy overtones and is similar in style to a Cabernet, yet with the spiciness of a Zinfandel. The finish is lingering with hints of spice.
